Nappy testing
An independent consumer organisation tested
several different types of nappies:
What nappies were tested?
The leading brands of disposable nappies and leading brand
reusable nappies were included in the trial.
How were they tested?
The nappies were tested using "robot babies" which
give a standardised test of nappy performance, as well as
reports from real parents.
What aspects were they rated
on?
All nappies were rated according to Breathability, Absorption
for a boy, Absorption for a girl, Dampness (against the skin)
and Ease of Use.
Results
Wonderoos gained the highest test scores of the reusable nappies.
Wonderoos also out-performed 78% of the leading brand disposable
nappies.
